Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

Damage may occur occasionally in transit.

If the order is shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL ground/air service and the merchandise is damaged, notify us immideately. We will file for the damage claim to manufacture for you at once and ship out the new merchandise to you as soon as the claim is settled with the shipping carrier.  In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect.  Do not dispose anypackaging.

 

If the order is shipped via Truck Freight (large items like body kits, hoods, or other large body panels), all parts MUST be inspected completely before the driver leaves/before you sign for the items, or else claims WILL be denied by the transit freight company. If any damage has occurred, please refuse the shipment and note on the delivery receipt that refusal is due to damaged merchandise.

 

If the damaged shipment is accepted and signed for, any claims WILL be denied by the freight company.  How Low Ground Effects or Manufacture, under no circumstances shall be
liable for the damage merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim if the damaged
shipment is accepted by the customer or anyone at the delivery address.
